💼 Your responsibilities

As a Junior Real Estate Valuer, you will:

- Carry out market value estimations of real estate properties in the context of mortgage lending.

- Work entirely remotely, without site visits, using an innovative AI‑driven system.

- Combine data with your market knowledge and apply the appropriate valuation methodologies.

- Build up in-depth expertise in property valuation step by step.

🎓 Your profile

You are a proactive and curious starter who enjoys diving into market developments and knows how to apply these insights correctly.

You also have:

- A master’s degree (preferably in engineering sciences such as business engineering, civil engineering, business studies, economics or finance).

- An interest in real estate calculations and various valuation methods.

- A structured way of working and strong analytical skills.

- An affinity with the digital world.
