Where will you be working?

- Apart from training sessions at our Brussels office (near Brussels‑Central station), you will mainly be on the road.

- You will work within your own region (Antwerp–Limburg / Brussels / Flemish–Walloon Brabant / East & West Flanders / Hainaut–Namur / Liège–Luxembourg).

📅 What does your day look like?

- You start from home and work within your assigned region.

- Using a registration form on the iPad and your construction‑technical expertise, you describe buildings as accurately as possible (including defects and any renovation needs). Your report is automatically sent to the valuers, who then assess the property.

🎓 Who are you?

You are a social and driven construction‑technical expert who enjoys being on the road — not only to describe real estate, but also to represent Finc with a smile.

You also have:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the sector (e.g. architect, site manager, technical due diligence, contracting, …).

- Knowledge of construction techniques and regulations.

- The ability to read and interpret plans.

- Depending on your region, a basic knowledge of French and English is an asset.

- Affinity with the digital world.
